Buildings that once served a clear commercial purpose can lose their place in the economy long before the market fully recognises it. When that happens, values often reflect the past use of a building rather than the future it could support.
AMInvest focuses on identifying those situations early. We look for solid buildings in established locations where careful analysis, planning and refurbishment can reposition the asset for residential use.

How decisions are made
Every potential investment is examined from three angles: the asset itself, the income it can realistically produce, and the cost of financing required to hold it.
We look hard at the asset, the projected income stream and the cost of financing. If any of those are weak, we walk.
This discipline allows us to avoid speculative momentum and focus instead on assets that can remain resilient across changing market conditions.
